Ok folks...
In less than four hours I´ll be on an airplane to Germany. I´ll stay for two weeks and return to Iceland and this blog on the 17th of July.
Which also happens to be my 30th BIRTHDAY. I expect you all here to sing with me -in true Penguin style- "Freeze a jolly good fellow". If you feel like giving me a gift ... when it comes to music we like SEAL and please, don't give me a vacation to Britain, I am scared of Wales! So be generous with your comments, spread the love and don´t blog anything important while I am away!

Have a nice vacation! We'll try not to run amok...too much.
Punny Penguin, be daring with the herring.
Alles güt für deine reise. Bis bald!
Just like that - poof! Well, auf vieder seine (who said my German was good?). Happy Trails and we'll keep an eye out for you, don't you worry. Does this mean no Snark post this week? Okay, we'll miss you more than just a little, so hurry back, but have fun while you're away. XOX
Be safe!
Safe travels oh normally flightless one! Enjoy the last two weeks of your twenties.
But hey, I for one have *never* blogged anything important. What are you implying?
Great vaca, Penguin -- and Happy Bierthday in advance! This time 'round, how long are you planning on being 29?
safe travels, oh beautiful Penguin. and no, we're not bitter at all that you flew the, um, ice float without so much as a final birthday farewell post for the Snark.
not. one. little. bit.
kidding, i kid! have a fabulous time. and don't do anything WE wouldn't do. or... go ahead and do it, just don't tell anyone. wait... don't do that either.
know what? stay sweet, have fun, and, if you can't do both, take notes. (that way you can blog about it, later) ; ) xox
If he's such a good fellow, whydaya want us to freeze him?

TLP, we Penguins like it cold :)

How can ANYTHING be important whilst you are away... surely you jest!
Have fun - I'm envious... but not really. I'd rather be in Iceland.
Have a great vacation Minka.
July 16th is Ron's birthday so now I should have something to always twig me on to yours. I'm not good at getting the Seal or the Herring in the mail on time though so you'll just have to imagine it! :-)
If anything imporant occurs I will put it off till you return.

Ok, I am back for a day or two :)
J.D...thank you very much, you raised a fine young man, too!
neva, penguin summer phase 2 is underway...I am just throwing stuff out of my suitcase to pack it with cleaner things and off I'll go!
Doug, I fear it is better to be over the hill than under it. But thanks!
Morgan, 30...make sme two 15 year olds...when it comes down to it.
neva, 30 is a good age...I donæt do numbers and this one I can memorize quite easily :)
terry, returned safely, although fate tempted me a couple of times today to get in touch with my inner child, throw myself on teh floor and scream like there´s no tomorrow. It comes and goes...I wouldn't trust it!
G, it did involve cake...strawberry cake no less! My sister is good at these things:) Thank you...are you offereing to bake another?
heike, no champagne on teh plane...I had a starring contest with a kid though...I won, too! :)
Sar, royal advisers need to know these procedures. *sticks a new medal onto the stiletto*

I bet it´s something in the water...all that sulfate must make your mind foggy!
Doug, yeah...but it damages your eye sight and newspapers leave your finger tips black!
Welcome Home!!! (Hope there's time for laundry.)
Til Hamingju med daginn i gaer gamla min :)
A eg ad baka koku thegar thu kemur til Ameriku?
that's the real fun when you don't even have the time for laundry between two trips! have a great time, life can wait!
