Happy Birthday, Lego!
Wow...50 years. Brick 'em up!
I am sorry, but I find this hilarious...there is no excuse!
If you wanna know a very short history about Lego, come join us over at The Snark!, where I manage to even blend Iceland into the whole scenario.

Happy Birthday Lego!!! And thank you for all those years of my childhood spent building space stations!!!
Oh, and I had to jump to You Tube to do it, but now I've seen the whole video. Beautiful! Best Harrison Ford movie I've seen lately. Why have I never thought to search the Internet for videos about Lego?
Harrison Ford is looking a little square these days.
I had cupcakes in celebration.
Too bad his friend got crushed... guess he wasn't built as well. Nice blend of movies - although I love Harrison Lego, I prefer him as a cowboy to a Han spaceblock. Thanks for the great entertainment tonight. These papers are getting old.
Morgan, I was listening to BBC world service and they mentioned Lego's birthday. So I googled a bit Lego on Youtube, it's not that weird is it?
Quilly, well all other shapes and sizes were taken in Star Wars, he had to get back to basics :)
nessa, good job.
terry, these papers are getting old? I am not with you...what?
That was funny. Not trivia but funny.
Thursday is today, Douglas. This is yesterday's post...I still have until midnight!
Minka, every engineer born in the last 50 years owes their "start" to Lego. Googling it? Not weird. Animating it through film... now that's out there.
Actually, the papers aren't getting old - just me looking at them over and over is getting old. This epression only means, I'm tired of looking at them. :D
Terrific!! Legos are great!
I haven't built anything with Legos in years.
I remember how fun they are though, so maybe I should go out and buy some.
Morgan, my father became an engineer of sorts 50 years ago and explained to me as a child how lego is a critical part of the development of engineering and architecture intuition. I don't know what went wrong. I played with them plenty.
Too funny! I used to love playing with Legos and now my kids do too. :)
Morgan, what can I say...I am special :)
Terry, power through...all of us have to sort through taxes, mine are in Icelandic ;) Special type of fun!
Jamie, you are still under 50...go right ahead!
Doug, I bet your father explained a lot of things to you that never caught on...
Theresa, and your grandkids, very likely, will too. Some toys you can discard when your kids have grown out of them. Lego's should be kept!
He murdered a bartender in Alaska in 1909 but is remembered for more avian interests.
Rabbit rabbit!
I love Legos.
Hase Hase!
Rabbit, rabbit! I'm done with my taxes. Just sayin'. :-P
wait you guys, the bunny picture isn't even up yet....
