Fame and Fortune...
just around the next corner.
It is true my dear friends, yours truly has applied for a supporting acting role in a TV series here. Let´s face it, I am an entertainment waiting to happen and it only seemed right at the time to apply.
Now that I consider my chances, which must be about 50.000 to one, it is not that bad. Sometimes it pays to live in a small country.
I actually did it out of pure fun. My sister came running in on Sunday morning and proclaimed the news in a thunderous voice. And indicated that we should both apply. Myself, being tired from sitting infront of my computergame-Spyro can be a real pain in the butt-, decided that that could indeed be a surprising turn of envents on this rather usual Sunday.
So we did, and it brings a smile on my face. Sure, there is likely nothing gonna come of this, but at least we did try.
At least we did try!
P.s ...not to worry, I will mention you in my acceptance speech and even wink to some of you;)
Addendum: HAPPY Birthday to my favourite BOHEMIAN! Let´s shake our hips to the dance electric!

Finally I bought a laptop. So now I can visite your blogg-side day and night :O)
I should have let me send a copie of the picture with your red nose (of our girls night in january). So if you will be a famous soap star, I could shake you down to give them to the yellow press unless you give me money.

It is settled then, the four of us all dolled up, in fabulous heels and with yogic grace, laughing our way down the red carpet. That will catch them cameras, not to worry. And maybe one or two handsome treats as well :)
Sounds fabulous! Proud Icelandic mom will of course buy up ever tabloid that has our gorgeous images splashed across them.
